Privacy policy

What this page covers

This policy covers ecprops.com, the website of E. C. Prop Rentals, LLC, 11846 Sherman Way, North Hollywood, CA 91605. It explains what the website collects and who it is sent to. Last updated 2026-09-15.

What you send us

The contact form and the pull list form collect what you type: your name, your email address, and, where you fill them in, your phone number, your company or production, your message and the stock numbers on your pull list. The page address you sent it from goes with the message.

Those messages are delivered to the EC Props office by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. We ask for consent on the form to reply by phone, text or email. Consent is not a condition of renting.

Your pull list stays in your browser

The pull list you build on this site is stored in your own browser. It is not sent anywhere unless you press send on the pull list form.

Measurement

On ecprops.com we use Google Analytics to count page views, taps on our phone number, and completed form sends. Google sets cookies to do that. We do not use the website to advertise to you, and we do not sell personal information.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it records requests for security and performance.

Do Not Track

This website does not respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers.

Children

This site is for the film, television and commercial production trade. It is not directed at children.

Your choices

You can browse the site without sending anything. To ask what we have from a form you sent, to ask us to delete it, or to ask a question about this policy, call 818.764.2008 or email [email protected]. We do not sell personal information.
